At the end of the day, do you feel frustration that the important things are not done? Are you always struggling to catch up? Learn how to be productive instead of busy.

There have been many occasions throughout my career where time has been extremely precious to me and maximizing what I had was top priority. Juggling a hectic schedule, I had to learn how to get the most important things done first. Over the years, I incorporated time management techniques and tools to get the most out of my time.

A recent article listed the top 10 productivity applications and I do use several of these tools. I make use of many tools from Google like Google Docs, Google Calendar and Google Alerts. My Iphone is my number one tool.

Pinterest Invites are the Hottest Commodity on the Internet Today

Pinterest is the hottest new social networking site and it is taking the country by storm. The site let’s members create a virtual college of internet pictures. Create a board, give it a title and pin virtual internet picture to your collection.

For now, membership is invitation only. Google used this method for rolling out Google Plus.

Here is a picture from Rice Fusion Sushi I pinned to my Pinterest Food board.

Use WeReward Location Based Service to Earn Cash

Do you have a smart phone? Iphone, Android or Blackberry? If so, check out WeReward.

WeReward is a location based service where you can check-in when you visit stores, restaurants, gas stations, museums and other businesses anywhere in the United States. This free application is similar to location based services like Gowalla or Four Square.

WeReward uses global positioning systems (GPS) to locate you and businesses around you. You search for and select the businesses you visit.

Are you wondering what is different about WeReward? You earn points which can be converted to cash when you check in at locations. Yep. Cash. The amount of cash each check-in is worth varies.

There are also tasks you can complete and products you can try for cash. For example, you can earn cash for taking a picture of your taco dinner you make at home. Your favorite restaurants are all here too.

If you are visiting these store and retail shops and checking in with location based services, why not check in with WeReward and get paid? Click on my affiliate link below to learn more.

LinkedIn for Iphone

Do you have an Iphone? If so, have you tried the new LinkedIn for Iphone application?

I downloaded this free application a while back and have tested it out several times. One thing I like about the application is it is easy to navigate to. Tap on the LinkedIn application icon from the Iphone screen and the application opens. No need to type a URL into the web browser.

The Iphone LinkedIn application gives me access to my LinkedIn inbox so I can respond to emails while I am away from my office.

One thing I do not like is that I can only search through some of my contacts, not all without downloading them to my phone.

There is a way to connect IRL (in real life) with other Iphone LinkedIn application users. If we meet IRL and you have the app, let’s test this out.

Let me know what you think of the LinkedIn Iphone application.
